Luxxusio Return Policy

At Luxxusio, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, our return policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Watches: If your watch arrives damaged or not functioning, please contact us immediately with proof of the issue.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered due to a processing or warehouse error.

  • Change of Mind: Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Watches that show signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Watches outside the 7-day return window.

Important: Luxxusio provides a 2-year in-house warranty on all timepieces. Manufacturer warranties are not included. Warranty claims must be shipped back to our international warehouse at the customer’s expense.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@luxxusio.com or via our official social media channels.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the Watch: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.

4. Processing Timelines

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Processed within 2–4 business days after inspection and approval.

5. International Orders

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Luxxusio covers all customs clearance fees. Customers will not incur additional duties or taxes.

  • Delivery Estimates: International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen transit issues.
