We proudly offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. Most deliveries are completed within 10–20 business days, with a maximum of 30 business days for select destinations.

Customs & Duties

Luxxusio manages the entire customs clearance process for international shipments, ensuring a hassle-free experience with no unexpected fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Important Exception: In rare cases, certain countries—including Brazil, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India—may impose import duties or taxes at their discretion. These charges are outside of our control and, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests must follow our official Return Policy guidelines.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email within 5–8 business days of placing your order.

  • We work exclusively with trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Canada Post to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
